Self care has become a popular theme in recent years. Our
ability to help others is closely linked to how well we look after ourselves.
This workshop explores this theme through the lens of mindfulness, self

About
Exact programme will be posted closer to the time but we might keep things
a little flexible anyway
given that it is the first time we have met up together. We wont try and
pack too much in, rather well use the day as an opportunity to relax,
enjoy some music making together, share thoughts on song therapy and our
own experiences. We will try and welcome informal contributions along
the way as well.
Maximum numbers will
be twenty five to thirty. As of 19/2/20 we have about twenty two so far
I believe. You are welcome to bring an instrument but piano/keyboards
might be a problem simply because of the space they take up so perhaps
best left at home, we will have a couple there anyway. Please let us know
what instrument you might be bringing. There will be plenty of instruments
available to play around with as well.
Ireland Workshop
There is a workshop planned for Ireland this year, details to be announced.
Complementary Health
Professionals*
CHP have their annual meeting in October, again, details to be announced.
